What We Need

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Artist Lead. You will be personable and marketing-savvy, with the organizational skills and ability to work across multiple teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a broad program of artist launches that deliver commercially and reputationally for our artists and Avant Arte.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our artists, understanding their career, market, and personal ambitions and aligning them successfully with our own.
  • Deliver best-in-class project management and seamless project delivery, including:
    • Project, GTM, and marketing plans
    • Artist market research
    • Artist edition strategy
    • Contract negotiations
    • Budgeting
    • Cross-departmental project management and alignment
    • Post-launch reporting
    • Reporting against SLAs
  • Pitching and artist acquisition, including:
    • Leading and coordinating the pitch process and documentation
    • Leading pitch deck creation, timelines, and meetings
    • Presenting in pitches to artists and partners
    • Running an efficient pitch funnel and reporting against targets
