We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Environment Artist to join our team at Eleven Eleven. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of environment artists and ensuring that all art is in line with the artistic vision of our game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of environment artists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality art assets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's artistic vision and ensure that all environment art aligns with this vision.
- Collaborate with other art team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent artistic style throughout the game.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the art team.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on environment art.
- Proven track record of leading an art team on a AAA game project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong understanding of art principles and techniques, with the ability to create realistic and engaging environments.
