Lead Environment Artist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Environment Artist to join our team at Eleven Eleven, a studio founded by a talented group of individuals who have been responsible for creating some of the most successful action franchises in the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of environment artists, while remaining hands-on and contributing to the artistic vision of the game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of environment artists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality art assets.
- Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the artistic vision of the game.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that the environment art aligns with the game's overall design and vision.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's art style and ensure that all environment art meets the required standards.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in game development, with a focus on environment art.
- Proven track record of leading an art team on a AAA game project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong understanding of art principles and the ability to apply them to create high-quality environment art.
