Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Environment Artist to join our team at Eleven Eleven, a studio founded by a talented team with a proven track record in creating successful action franchises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of environment artists, while remaining hands-on and contributing to the artistic vision of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of environment artists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality art assets.
  2. Collaborate with the art team to develop and maintain the artistic vision of the game.
  3. Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of art assets.
  4. Develop and mentor junior artists, providing coaching and assistance to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

  1. Over 10 years of experience in game development, with a focus on environment art.
  2. Proven track record of leading an art team on a AAA game project.
  3. Ability to create realistic environments to a high standard.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
