About the Role

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working on art in the games industry, with a strong background in concept art, environmental design, UI, and character design. You will be responsible for assisting the art team in their development sessions and ensuring that all artwork meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the art team in their development sessions and ensure that all artwork meets the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain a range of artwork, including realistic and semi-realistic pieces.
  • Collaborate with the art team to create high-quality artwork and ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior artists and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working on art in the games industry.
  • Lead experience and a strong background in concept art, environmental design, UI, and character design.
  • Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Good understanding of 3D software, including 3DS Max, Maya, and Blender.
