This position requires strong relationship management and organizational capabilities. You will be instrumental in addressing the administrative needs of the broader Ethical Trade & Environmental Sustainability team located in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with various individuals across different departments, markets, and skill sets. Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination of activities. Ensure the seamless operation of Primark's Corporate Responsibility team by supporting key leaders. Organize and participate in leadership meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are in place. Assist in the creation of functional presentations, strategic plans, and monthly meetings. Prepare materials for both internal and external meetings. Organize team events, taking into account various time zones and work practices. Draft and publish key events/announcements on relevant platforms. Support functional briefings and communications. Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as required. Oversee invoice coding and processing in accordance with company protocols and address any related inquiries.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Coordinator or Administrator with 2-3 years in a large, fast-paced organization or a smaller setting where you were the primary point of contact in a busy office. Business-related qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a practical mindset. Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive work ethic.
