Are you skilled in Payroll Administration? If so, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently in search of a Senior Payroll Officer to collaborate with our clients in the healthcare industry for a minimum duration of six months. There is potential for the successful candidate to continue in this role beyond the initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all clients and customers, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are escalated to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the designated service area, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and procedures.
  • Accurately input, process, monitor, and validate information in a timely manner, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in the analysis and monitoring of data and statistics.
  • Gather information and support the preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior management, along with providing routine advice and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of relevant protocols and procedures within the service area.
  • Support the design and implementation of pertinent systems in the service area.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, along with a minimum of one year of experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C or above. Previous experience in the Healthcare or Payroll sectors would be advantageous.

The working hours are from 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with a competitive hourly rate.
