We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Support Assistant to join our Refugee Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Refugee Support team, including preparing reports, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Analyse information and make informed decisions about action required to support our clients.
- Deal with external enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
- Ability to remain neutral and respect client confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage workloads efficiently.
- IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
