The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our store runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
