About The Role

As a Sales Manager at GSF Car Parts, you will play a pivotal role in driving branch sales, customer relationships, and hitting monthly sales targets. Your passion for supporting the branch team and assisting the General Manager with day-to-day duties will be paramount.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily sales, margin, and profit performance to meet team/branch budget requirements.
  • Measure and manage Sales Advisors against their KPIs.
  • Communicate daily with the team, including team briefs, performance updates, and constructive feedback.
  • Recognize excellence and engage the team to believe in achieving branch goals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and keep the Branch Manager informed.
  • Instill a solution-based customer service mentality.
Requirements
  • Experience in a strong, sales-driven environment with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Driven to achieve and set high standards of work and appearance.
  • Confident and capable of leading by example.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in P&L Management and commercial management exposure is desirable.
