About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch sales, customer relationships, and hitting monthly sales targets. You will work closely with the Sales Advisor team to achieve these goals and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Advisor team to achieve daily sales, margin, and profit targets
  • Measure and manage Sales Advisors against their KPIs
  • Communicate daily with the team to provide updates on performance and offer constructive feedback
  • Recognize and reward excellence with positive feedback and communication
  • Engage the team to achieve branch goals and address any disruptive behavior
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and keeps the Branch Manager informed
  • Develop a solution-based customer service mentality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Able to set high standards of work and appearance
  • Confident and capable of leading by example
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Prior experience of P&L management and commercial management exposure is desirable
