This role involves independently running the HSS concession within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs, and upselling/cross-selling where possible.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong connections with our customers, supporting key sales initiatives, and striving to exceed sales and revenue targets. A proactive and positive outlook, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills, is essential for success in this role.

To succeed as a Branch Colleague, you'll need to be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, meet and exceed performance targets, and be enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise. Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager within Tool Hire/Construction or a similar industry is desirable, as is a valid driver's license.
