Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a foundational understanding of managing advertising initiatives across leading social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Snap. Experience in crafting detailed media strategies that leverage various objectives and targeting methods is essential. Familiarity with tracking social ad performance and implementing adjustments to enhance outcomes is also required.

A background in a paid advertising marketing agency or an in-house marketing role is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing modifications within advertising platforms.
  • Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for platform enhancements.
  • Setting up and initiating advertising campaigns.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Monitoring performance metrics closely and proposing improvements, including managing test and learn strategies.
  • Assisting in the extraction, analysis, and presentation of weekly performance reports.
  • Identifying trends within data and providing actionable insights to clients.
  • Confidently presenting findings and reports to clients.

Experience Requirements:

The Paid Social Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional work, leading performance metrics, and innovative ideas for future growth.

Collaboration with the broader activation team on daily operations while driving client performance to meet established goals is crucial.

Desired Attributes:

  • Possess an analytical mindset with a comfort level in working with data.
  • Experience with established and emerging social media platforms for daily adjustments, data analysis, and developing test and learn strategies.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the role, enhancing knowledge of the social media landscape and client engagement.
  • Effective communication skills for regular client interactions.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap. Experience with Prisma/MediaOcean and emerging platforms like WeAre8 is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
