Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess a foundational understanding of executing advertising initiatives across prominent social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap. Experience in crafting comprehensive media strategies that leverage various objectives and targeting methodologies is essential. Additionally, familiarity with monitoring social advertising effectiveness and implementing adjustments to enhance outcomes is required.

A background in a paid advertising agency or an in-house marketing role is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing adjustments within advertising platforms.
  • Evaluating performance data and providing actionable insights.
  • Initiating and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Monitoring performance metrics closely and recommending enhancements, including ownership of experimental learning roadmaps.
  • Assisting in the compilation, analysis, and presentation of weekly performance reports.
  • Identifying trends within data and translating findings into valuable insights for clients.
  • Confidently presenting analytical reports to clients.

Experience Requirements:

The Paid Social Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, tasked with delivering exceptional work, industry-leading performance, and innovative strategies for future growth.

This role involves supporting the broader activation team with daily implementation tasks while driving client performance to achieve established goals and expectations.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Possess an analytical mindset comfortable with data interpretation.
  • Engage with both established and emerging social media platforms to execute daily adjustments, analyze metrics, and develop experimental learning roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, enhancing knowledge of the social media landscape and client dynamics.
  • Engage in client communication, requiring comfort in discussing performance and strategies on a regular basis.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snap is essential. Experience with Prisma/MediaOcean and emerging platforms like WeAre8 is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.
