Hays Travel, the UK's largest independent travel agent, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team. As a Learning and Development Coach, you will play a key role in supporting our apprentices from day one and throughout their apprenticeship journey.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring and motivational training that engages learners and achieves the desired impact. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of current training sessions and suggesting improvements.
Main Responsibilities- Coach and develop apprentices during their individual progress reviews, selecting quality evidence to showcase and stretch their capabilities.
- Deliver training that meets the needs of our apprentices and supports their development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements.
- Research and write engaging training content for both virtual and classroom delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment.
- Previous experience of classroom/remote delivery.
- Previous delivery experience of Functional Skills.
- A Level 3 + qualification in Education and Training.
- A Level 3 assessment award.
- A Level 4 Quality Assurance.
