Water Sector Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Civil Engineer to lead our Water team and drive business growth in the UK Regulated Water Sector.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of civil engineers to deliver complex projects
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in the Water sector. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Chartered Engineer status with the Engineering Council
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
