Job Title: Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer to join our Water Engineering team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK Regulated Water Sector and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role

As an Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our Water team, delivering Framework outputs, and coordinating project resources. You will also assist in achieving business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and shape the Water team, ensuring a collaborative and confident environment
  • Deliver Framework outputs and coordinate project resources
  • Assist in achieving business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships
  • Manage complex clients/customers and large teams of staff
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships
Requirements
  • Relevant degree with significant and appropriate skills and design experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, IHT)
  • Excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
