About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping our Water team, working on a wide variety of water and waste water design projects. You will be focused on delivering Framework outputs, specific projects, and coordinating project resources. Additionally, you will assist in achieving discipline business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and shape the Water team, ensuring a collaborative and confident environment
  • Deliver Framework outputs, specific projects, and coordinate project resources
  • Assist in achieving discipline business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships
  • Manage complex clients/customers and large teams of staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant degree with significant and appropriate skills and design experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, IHT)
  • Excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
