Job Title: Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for Water Sector projects? Do you have a strong background in leading and shaping Water teams? We are seeking an experienced Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer to join our thriving Water Engineering team in Leicester.

Our client has a robust pipeline of work and is partnered with leading water authorities such as Thames Water, Severn Trent, and Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Framework outputs, managing project resources, and developing proposals for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Water Sector projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with water authorities and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in the Water Sector, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Civil 3D.
