Water Engineering Associate Director Job

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer looking to take on a leadership role in the Water Sector? We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join our Water Engineering team in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in the Water Sector, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices.
