Water Sector Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Civil Engineer to lead our Water team and drive business growth in the UK Regulated Water Sector.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of civil engineers to deliver complex water infrastructure projects
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • Professional qualification (Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
