Senior Water Engineer Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Engineer Leader to join our Water Engineering team in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our Water sector expertise, working closely with our Director to ensure the highest standards of design and client service are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of Framework outputs and specific projects
  • Coordination of project resources and production of fee proposals
  • Assisting in achieving discipline business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree, significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector, and a professional qualification (Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council). You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to generate a team environment and ensure that team members can collaborate and operate with confidence.
