Join Our Team as a Maintenance Compliance Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Compliance Engineer to become an integral part of our esteemed maintenance division. This position requires a proactive approach to managing documentation, maintenance logs, and technical schematics, ensuring that all records are meticulously maintained for evaluations by external agencies and regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will oversee a small group of maintenance personnel and contractors, ensuring that all routine upkeep, inspections, repairs, and enhancements adhere to applicable legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of lifting apparatus
  • Management of compressed air systems
  • Inspection and upkeep of local exhaust ventilation and plant filtration systems
  • Execution of plant lubrication strategies
  • Maintenance of hydraulic pressure systems
  • Compliance of water systems
  • Regulatory adherence for oil and gas storage and pumping systems
  • Maintenance of fork-lift trucks
  • Implementation of machine guarding protocols

This role also encompasses the oversight of maintenance team performance and the facilitation of future training and development programs.
