Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance of lifting equipment, compressed air systems, LEV and plant filtration systems, hydraulic pressure systems, water systems, oil storage and gas storage systems, and FLT's are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise a small team of maintenance operators and contract partners responsible for completing routine maintenance and inspection works.
  • Manage the performance of the maintenance team, including future development and training.
  • Ensure the execution of our plant lubrication strategy, including stock management and storage compliance.
  • Identify and escalate defects to the relevant person within the works.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong engineering supervision skills.
  • Proven solution-oriented critical thinking.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work closely and effectively with a group of people at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Sound understanding of business management systems, including relevant standards.
  • Excellent engagement skills.
  • Good knowledge of core IT systems, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and Visio.
  • Highly organized and driven with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
