Job Title: Index Solutions Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Index Solutions Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Asset Management. As a key member of our Index Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our custom indices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of LGIM's custom indices, including index holdings and key performance drivers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on index-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials for index funds and services, in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content relevant to the index proposition, in partnership with the wider Asset Management team.
  • Collaborate with the Index Solutions team to improve the quality and accuracy of core product information, including external and internal collateral.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reviewing or evaluating index strategies, with a strong understanding of index evaluation and presentation.
  • Excellent investment and financial market knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong VBA, Excel, and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with various data sources and tools.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
