About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MSCI as an Index Client Solutions Specialist, where you will play a key role in developing the delta one business on MSCI indexes in EMEA. As a specialist, you will be responsible for mapping out the universe of MSCI indexes available for delta one implementation and identifying relevant clients in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and promote MSCI indexes for delta one positions by banks, hedge funds, asset owners, and asset managers.

• Work closely with our Coverage and Research teams to gain cross-functional support for specific initiatives.

• Understand the use cases and create content and messaging for establishing new relationships and developing existing relationships in the market.

• Coordinate engagement with market participants and work with marketing colleagues to develop marketing/events plans and execution.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors on business development initiatives and support management with business reporting and strategy/operating plan development.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives markets and product landscape, use cases, and end users.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization globally with colleagues across different functions.

• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
