Clinical Psychologist in Children's Renal Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Children's Renal Service at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialist clinical psychology services to children and young people with renal conditions.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with the medical service multidisciplinary team to provide consultation, direct work, and attend multidisciplinary clinics.
- Assess and treat patients with renal conditions, as well as provide support to children and young people with long-term physical health problems.
- Develop and implement complex multi-media materials for presentations in public, professional, and academic settings.
- Provide consultation, training, and supervision to other professional and non-professional groups.

Requirements:- Completed (or due to complete in 2024) postgraduate doctoral level DClinPsy in clinical psychology as accredited by the BPS.
- Current HCPC registration for Clinical Psychologist (or eligibility to qualify for registration in 2024).
- Evidence of continuing professional development as recommended by the BPS/HCPC.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological practice.
