The newly created role of HR Officer will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Manager to deliver a best practice and comprehensive HR service that aligns the daily core HR functions with our organisational mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Support the HR Manager in delivering a best practice and comprehensive HR service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- 25 days contractual annual leave in addition to statutory and public holidays, rising 1 day per full year of service up to a maximum of 28 days for full-time employees.
