HR Officer

Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled HR Officer to lead Employee Relations for their HR Department. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the HR Manager and Director to implement the People Strategy, leveraging their expertise in employment law to drive positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
- Liaise with the HR Manager and Director to develop and implement the People Strategy
- Manage casework, using their people skills and employment law knowledge to influence positive outcomes
- Implement policies to enhance the employee experience and support managers in utilizing internal resources
- Conduct return to work and exit interviews to gather valuable feedback
- Manage absenteeism and long-term sickness, working with managers to support staff and promote a healthy work environment
- Collaborate with the administration team to assess and improve internal workflows
In return, the successful candidate will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to £32,000
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
