We're looking for a talented Client Services Administrator to join our team at eXPD8, a leading field marketing agency with over 20 years of experience supporting iconic brands and retailers.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch administrative support to our Client Services team, ensuring our clients' activities and campaigns come alive.
- Support our merchandisers in the field by reviewing data, collating reports, writing visit briefs, instructions, and questionnaires, and being the first point of contact for resolving merchandiser queries.
- Act as the main point of contact for any incoming queries from clients and merchandisers, responding quickly and accurately via telephone and email.
- Split your time between our Bristol Head Office and working from home, with 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Be based in Bristol, with 2 days per week in our Central Office.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great telephone manner.
- A confident and accurate communicator, with the ability to work well under pressure.
