Salary: Basic salary £30,000 plus uncapped commission, OTE of £45,000.
Hours: Mon-Thu 7.30am-4pm, Fri 3pm

About the Role:
In light of remarkable growth in the past year, we are excited to announce an opening for a motivated Italian Speaking Sales Executive to join our dedicated team at EU Automation. Our mission is to enhance manufacturing capabilities, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision.
Upon completion of a comprehensive training program, you will engage in the sale of obsolete, reconditioned, and new components to our diverse clientele. This business-to-business sales role necessitates outstanding communication skills, enabling you to interact with customers via phone and email with a strong focus on conversion. Previous sales experience is advantageous, and fluency in Italian is crucial to effectively serve our international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively make outbound calls to leads in our CRM system to generate sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and send quotes in a timely manner.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through regular follow-up communications.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass designated sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian is essential.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer usage; prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to our mission of enhancing manufacturing capabilities.
