Job Description

The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Analyst is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for supporting the GRC function activities. This position involves working closely with GRC managers to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to safeguard our information assets.

Risk Management:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyse the potential impact on the organisation.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Maintain a comprehensive risk register and track risk mitigation activities to completion.
Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations, including corporate rules, PCI, Cyber Essentials, and others.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance reviews and audits.
Governance:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to information security, information technology, and risk management.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

As a GRC Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to risk management, control management, and compliance. You will also be responsible for communicating risk and compliance issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders, providing regular reports on the status of risk management and compliance efforts.
