Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyze potential impacts, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the organization's risk profile is managed effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations, conduct regular audits and assessments, and develop documentation for compliance activities.
- Controls: Perform control testing activities, evaluate internal controls, and document testing procedures and results.
- Governance: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to information security, IT, and risk management, and provide guidance and training to staff.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments, communicate risk and compliance issues to senior management, and provide regular reports on risk management and compliance efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements, and recommend improvements to GRC processes and tools.
- Experience: Significant experience in GRC, information security, risk management, or a related field, with experience in risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
