- Develop and maintain a risk register to track risk mitigation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement risk management initiatives that align with business objectives.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations, including corporate rules and standards, industry-specific requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance reviews and audits.
Controls
- Perform control testing activities to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls and develop recommendations for improvement.

Governance

- Communicate risk and compliance issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.
- Provide regular reports on the status of risk management and compliance efforts to ensure transparency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure the organisation remains compliant and competitive.
- Recommend and implement improvements to GRC processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
