Job Description

At Allianz, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's governance, risk management, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyse potential impacts, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the organisation's risk profile is managed effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations, conduct regular audits, and work with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance reviews.
  • Controls: Perform control testing activities, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls, and document control testing procedures and results.
  • Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to information security, information technology, and risk management, and provide guidance and training to staff on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to risk management, control management, and compliance, and communicate risk and compliance issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements, and recommend and implement improvements to GRC processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in GRC, information security, risk management, or a related field, with experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
