About the Role

AQA is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and drive the growth of our business. As a key member of our Account Management Executive team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the development of our sales team to achieve excellence in lead generation, customer engagement, and support for our field-based Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the development of our sales team to achieve excellence in lead generation, customer engagement, and support for our field-based Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B inside sales environment with a strong track record in sales coaching and mentoring.
  • Confident leadership abilities with a passion for developing and supporting team members.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to meet business and customer needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training on Microsoft Dynamics provided).
  • Experience of leading and organizing projects.
  • Sector knowledge of the education industry is advantageous but not essential.
