About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading sales teams to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and priorities.
