Russell Tobin is seeking a talented Business Solutions Consultant to enhance our Public Service Growth Team. This role is pivotal in crafting proposals and delivering solutions across diverse client segments.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the proposition and sales teams to develop innovative, cost-effective, and repeatable solutions that align with our business's operational capabilities, contributing to broader strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop winning bid solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and targets.
  • Oversee the quality and performance of outputs to support growth while adhering to timelines and effectively managing pricing and designs.
  • Engage directly with clients, attend meetings, and tailor responses to meet specific customer needs.
  • Drive new external business opportunities within the Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services sectors.
  • Provide expert input to bids, ensuring high-quality proposals and overall excellence.
  • Foster innovation in customer engagement and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Business Process Services and an understanding of the broader Citizen Experience market.
  • Proven experience in public service solutions and frameworks.
  • Extensive background in delivering solutions and proposals for complex public sector opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand organizational needs and design compelling solutions.
  • Proven presales experience, leading the development of innovative and effective responses that yield measurable success.
  • Solid understanding of technology trends and their impact on business and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels through various methods (verbal, written, and presentation).

The Growth Function at Russell Tobin is a central corporate unit focused on redefining business operations. The team manages key accounts and is strategizing to enhance client value propositions. They are responsible for standardizing sales processes and fostering consistency in training, technology, and knowledge sharing. The team is characterized by its multilingual, multifunctional, and multi-talented members.
