Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead and empower a multidisciplinary team in delivering a large-scale live service in the Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in delivering software in an agile environment and will thrive in a hands-on leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products and end-to-end services using agile methodologies.
  • Remove blockers and create an environment for teams to succeed, promoting self-sufficiency and a culture of learning and transparency.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement with high-performing teams.
  • Promote user-centered design throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with experts in software engineering, business process design, user-centered design, and policy development.
  • Collaborate with a community of practice to share best practices, insights, and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering software in an agile environment in multiple phases.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and a track record of applying them effectively.
  • Experience in the Public Sector or Government is highly desirable.
