About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team at Magical Mushroom Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Drive sales growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the packaging industry, including market trends and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, specifically in the packaging industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the packaging industry, including market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform sales strategies and decisions
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
