Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and actively headhunting senior candidates for clients worldwide, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for industry specialised roles.
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborating with our recruitment team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £24,500.
- An industry-leading uncapped commission structure of up to 60%, providing on-target earning potential of £40,000 - £70,000+ in the first year, £50,000 - £100,000+ in the second year, and £75,000 - £150,000+ in the third year.
