Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Discover International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in an international setting.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through new client business generation and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages an advantage.
