Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Discover International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition and inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in an international setting.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through new client business and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages an advantage.
