About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales to join our team at Magical Mushroom Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Drive sales growth through effective lead generation, conversion, and closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the packaging industry, including market trends and competitor activity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
