We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Northern Healthcare in Solihull. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live a full and independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, budgeting, and medication management.
  • Assist residents with grocery shopping and attending routine appointments.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their local community.
  • Review and update support plans to ensure residents' needs and aspirations are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in mental health, learning disability, and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer-centered care.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Excel/Windows Office software applications.
