Key Responsibilities- Support and guide residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, budgeting, and medication management.
- Assist residents with grocery shopping and attending routine appointments.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their local community.
- Review and update support plans to ensure residents' needs and aspirations are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a positive and supportive environment.
- Experience in mental health, learning disability, and/or challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer-centered care.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Excel/Windows Office software applications.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.60 per hour.
- Rotational shift pattern with flexible working hours.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check and minimum of two references.
- Company pension scheme and contribution.
- Enhanced overtime rate and annual leave entitlement.
