About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Facilities and Operations to join our team at Higher Capital Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our flagship location, ensuring that our facilities and front-of-house services meet the highest standards.

As the Head of Facilities and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer and employee experience at our head office. You will be responsible for managing a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring that our reception and customer-facing services are seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all front-of-house services, including reception, security, and visitor management.
  • Oversee daily operations at the head office, ensuring that the facility is maintained to the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the facilities and front-of-house services align with the company's image and culture.
  • Manage and mentor the front-of-house team, ensuring consistent performance, customer service excellence, and a proactive approach to handling visitor needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, including risk assessments, fire safety, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for facilities and front-of-house services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer and employee experience at the head office.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in facilities management at a corporate or head office level, with a strong emphasis on front-of-house services.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading front-of-house teams in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, building compliance, and security protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Strong organizational and budgeting skills, with a focus on delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality.
