About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Interface Team as a Interface Team Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of client interface files, within tight timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly interface files with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist administration teams with basic office administration tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Review interface files when completed to advise clients of any issues with the data supplied and contributions received.
  • Identify and correct data errors on client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Set up new joiner records and input member-elected fund choices, ensuring seamless onboarding.
  • Manually input member data onto interface files, maintaining data integrity.
  • Prepare and send out joiner packs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and strong IT skills.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Numerical and accurate, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Good keyboard and data entry skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a data-driven environment.
