Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Consultant to join our esteemed HR Team, recognized for excellence in non-clinical services.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in Employee Relations or HR consultancy to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will engage in essential HR operational functions, focusing on:

  • Management of employee conduct and attendance issues
  • Handling grievance and respect-related cases
  • Providing comprehensive HR guidance to both clinical and non-clinical managers on various topics, including organizational transitions and employment terms.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting our Trust's Care Groups, ensuring that we maintain our commitment to high-quality service delivery. You will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively within our HR team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in managing diverse employee relations cases
  • Proficiency in applying current employment legislation
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a substantial caseload effectively.

Experience in providing HR advice, conducting related administrative tasks, and assisting management with investigations and case presentations is essential.
