Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Macmillan Davies on an interim basis. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR administration role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
