Job Description

Are you ready to be part of an exciting journey with a leading brand? Dive into a dynamic role within the Planning Team at Starcom, where you'll work on the Samsung account.

You will report directly into the Global Search & Performance Director for the account and will be a key member in the team for client briefings, global search campaign strategy and planning, global search trends gathering and reporting across specific Search and eCommerce initiatives for top markets.

This role is essential to drive the vision of the paid media practices executed by Starcom in eCommerce and Performance in general. You will be accountable for helping to create the vision of search practice, as well as elevating our approach to search strategy, planning, testing and execution.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a Search planning and/or implementation role in a digital agency (must).
  • Experience working directly with clients in an agency environment, with the ability to politely manage deliverables and share comprehensive campaign updates (must).
  • Strong experience with digital and performance channels (Search, Shopping a must, nice to have are Social and Programmatic knowledge bases).
  • Experience managing and supporting junior team members, ensuring all outputs from them are of a high-quality standard.
  • Ability to think through and develop tactical approach to campaign executions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Experience with multi-market campaign planning and activation.
  • Strong grasp of the communications planning process and an understanding of how digital and social channels can work alongside other media.
  • Expertise in working with large datasets, utilizing pivot tables, creative in segmenting data to find key insights (must) and previous experience with Looker, PowerBI, Tableau and other data processing and visualization tools.
